    Terms of Use – Conscious Flow (Students / End Users)

    Effective Date: December 3rd 2025

    These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Conscious Flow platform as a student, client, or end user. By creating an account and using Conscious Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    1. Who We Are

    These Terms are entered into with Bjaanes Invest AS – Conscious Flow, located at Laberget 92, 4020 Stavanger, Norway. The platform is governed by the laws of Norway.

    2. Eligibility and Account

    • You must be at least 16 years old to use Conscious Flow.
    • You must create an account to access any features.
    • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

    3. Free Access

    • Use of the app is free for students.
    • Access may be granted independently or via invitation by a teacher or studio.
    • Conscious Flow does not charge students; any service or membership fees from teachers or studios are separate and not managed by Conscious Flow.

    4. Purpose of the Platform

    Conscious Flow is designed to support your yoga and wellness journey by:

    • Helping you reflect on activities and emotions
    • Connecting with teachers or studios
    • Tracking goals and progress
    • Receiving personalized AI-generated insights

    5. Use of AI and Health Disclaimers

    • The platform provides AI-generated feedback, reflections, and prompts based on your activity and input.
    • These are intended for informational and motivational purposes only.
    • Conscious Flow is not a medical service and does not provide healthcare advice.

    6. User Conduct and Content

    • You may post reflections, community messages, and feedback.
    • You retain ownership of your content but grant Conscious Flow a non-exclusive license to store, display, and process it.
    • You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or misleading.
    • Conscious Flow reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or community standards.

    7. Privacy and Data

    • Conscious Flow handles your personal data according to our GDPR Statement and Privacy Policy.
    • We process health and biometric data only with your explicit consent, such as when you connect wearables or health apps.
    • You have full rights to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

    8. Termination of Account

    You may delete your account at any time via the app or by emailing privacy@consciousflow.ai.

    Conscious Flow may suspend or terminate your account if:

    • You violate these Terms
    • You post inappropriate content
    • Your account remains inactive for more than 90 days

    Where reasonable, we will notify you before taking action.

    9. Changes to the Terms

    We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.
